Resort Manager*

A Resort Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a hospitality property, ensuring seamless coordination across departments such as front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. They act as the on-site representative of the brand, often living on property to maintain visibility and respond swiftly to guest needs, complaints, or emergencies. With a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team performance, they support department heads, enforce service standards, and foster a culture of accountability. The Resort Manager also collaborates closely with the General Manager, contributes to strategic planning, and ensures compliance with operational protocols, making them essential to both the guest experience and internal efficiency.

Guest Relations Director*

A Guest Relations Director is responsible for elevating the guest experience by overseeing all aspects of guest interaction, from pre-arrival communication to post-departure follow-up. They lead the guest relations team in delivering personalized service, resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency, and anticipating guest needs to ensure memorable stays. This role involves close coordination with other departments to align service delivery with brand standards, managing VIP protocols, and analyzing guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. As a key ambassador of the property, the Guest Relations Director sets the tone for hospitality excellence, fosters genuine connections, and ensures that every guest feels valued, heard, and cared for.

Executive Chef

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, team performance, and alignment with brand standards. Responsibilities include menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and collaboration with F&B and Guest Experience teams.
The role is open to candidates with proven experience in international luxury hospitality, with a strong emphasis on leadership, operational discipline, and guest satisfaction. Candidates may be local or expatriate, provided they demonstrate the required expertise and cultural adaptability.

Waterman / waterwoman

The Certified Waterman/Waterwoman is a skilled ocean guide responsible for leading aquatic activities, ensuring guest safety, and promoting environmental and cultural awareness. This role requires active certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, and water rescue, along with strong ocean knowledge and a calm, guest-facing presence. Key responsibilities include guiding surf and freediving sessions, conducting safety briefings, monitoring ocean conditions, maintaining equipment, and sharing insights on marine ecosystems and local traditions. Prior experience in hospitality and bilingual communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia) are preferred.
