we celebrate the excellent work of The Sumba Foundation. This is a curated buffet dining experience where we also feature a beautiful short film on our ongoing work with our community.

FRIDAY
Get ready for a sumptuous seafood feast, and indulge in various freshest and finest seafood, all cooked in a variety of creative recipes to elevate your dining experience. This weekly specially is extra-charged. Free flow beers and wine packages are also available.

SATURDAY
is our most iconic White Party Dinner. Join us for a night of fun and party. Start with one of our signature cocktails at the bar and enjoy a buffet style culinary experience.

The menu at Ombak has been crafted to recall local flavors and far flung tastes.

Dishes have been prepared using fresh produce from our on-site garden and freshly caught fish.

The dress code is casual and comfortable.
Live entertainment is a regular feature.

Located on the water’s edge, Nio Beach Club’s open-aired pavilions are a prime place to enjoy lunch.

And with an inviting 20-meter infinity lap pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, this is also a dream spot for beach lovers to chill while watching avid surfers catch our epic NIHI^® Sumba wave.

The unique sunken restaurant sits adjacent to the Nio Beach Club swimming pool and offers a truly special and unique omakase seven course experience prepared by our experienced chefs, using only the freshest ingredients.

An elegant selection of Japanese sake and whisky complete the experience.

Omakase is a Japanese phrase meaning “I’ll leave it up to you” or in culinary terms, “chef’s recommendation“.
