6:30am            Sunrise Meditation at the Yoga Platform

7:00am            Yoga

8:30am            Healthy breakfasts of oats with shaved coconut and cinnamon, two fried or poached eggs, or egg white omelet with herbs and vegetables.

10am               Weight Training/Workout with a view of the Indian Ocean

11:30am         BREAK

Noon                Healthy lunches of prawn ceviche, a garden salad with chicken or fish, or a Hawaiian Poke bowl.

Sample Afternoon Activities

1:30pm           Cardio (low impact hike or swim)
4pm                 BREAK [spa treatment] with a midday Green Goddess juice or Power Boost smoothie
5:30pm           Life Coaching activity
7pm                 Healthy dinners of grilled fish of the day, stir fried tofu, or a variety of curries.
8:30pm           Scheduled one-on-one with Tatiana
9:30pm           Retire


$800 per night for single occupancy.  $1400 per night for double occupancy.  Rates inclusive of:
