As part of the Stay in the Making rate, this is a chance to be part of NIHI Rote\u2019s early chapter, experiencing the resort as it begins to take shape. While not all facilities may yet be fully in place, your stay plays a meaningful role in supporting a young local team as they bring their training to life.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You will stay in beautifully designed villas overlooking the ocean, with access to world-class surf at Bo\u2019a Barrel, hidden beaches, and exceptional diving across the island. Throughout your stay, you will feel naturally connected to the Hospitality Academy, with moments of interaction through service and the rhythm of daily life.<\/p>\n<p>For those who wish, there is the opportunity to contribute more directly, whether by teaching an English class, sharing a skill, joining a game of volleyball or football with the students, or allowing your children to engage and connect in a natural way.<\/p>\n<p>There is no expectation.
