Every second month we get together and vote for our Employees of the Month, both front-of-house and back-of-house.
This month, two extraordinary women had the honor: Putri from the Food & Beverage Service team and Maria Erlinda, who coordinates the entire Engineering team – and is the only woman in the department! Awarded based on above and beyond performance, training hours accrued, and attendance, the winners get to experience Nihi as guests.
They stay with their families in one of our villas, enjoy Nihi activities and meals, and are put in the running for Employee of the Year – where the winner receives an all-expenses paid trip to Bali!
