In each special and equally breathtaking location, Charly and his team will create their kitchen entirely outdoors, using local bamboo and an open fire.

Kiki Moka, known as the Godfather of Indonesia’s bar scene, is a prominent figure in the global industry, ranked #75 in Drinks International's Bar World 2023. Today, you’ll likely find him dancing on the bar at The Cocktail Club, the newest addition to the 22-venue F&B group where he serves as Head Mixologist.
Indonesia’s first World Class Bartender and a Jakarta bar veteran with over 20 years of experience, Kiki Moka has been instrumental in getting Loewy and Union Brasserie, Bakery & Bar listed in Asia's 50 Best Bars for five years. The Cocktail Club debuted at #32 and recently climbed to #19, earning the titles of Indonesia's Best Bar and Best Cocktail Menu Award in 2023.
