Our various scheduled tours occur daily, so please check with your Guest Kapten to see what is available throughout your stay.
We also have a range of On-Demand Experiences that can be booked according to your own time preferences, or, should you prefer a private On-Schedule trip outside of the scheduled hours, we would be more than happy to oblige. Please confirm availability with your Guest Kapten as this will require a 50% surcharge.
To book any activity, your Guest Kapten or Experience Centre team is your first point of call. We request that you please sign up for all activities before 8:30pm the day prior. Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings.
1. All Water and Land activities, including Spa Safari, Horse riding, hiking, etc are subject to 24 hours cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the activity. 2. Wellness and Spa Treatments at the resort are subject to a 4-hours cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment. The cancellation policy does not apply if the guest decides to participate in another activity suggested by management or in the event of force majeure. Management discretion applies.
