From Garden to Table,
a Taste of Sumba.

Take a culinary journey through Indonesia by learning how to cook some of NIHI’s most popular Indonesian dishes.

Put your chef hat on and join a cooking class, so you can recreate some Sumba magic back home. The experience starts with a tour of our organic gardens where the local herbs and spices used in traditional Sumbanese fare are identified and harvested. Then your newfound knowledge is put to use in the kitchen as you experience the culinary diversity of Indonesia.
