At the center of the culinary experience is Ombak Restaurant. Ombak, meaning “wave”, is NIHI Rote’s forthcoming main restaurant, and offers uninterrupted mesmerising views of Bo’a Barrel. A stunning open-air haven located at the heart of the resort with an expansive outdoor deck, an open kitchen and a relaxed lounge seating creating a welcoming laid-back space will become the hub of dining activity.
