Set along the pristine shoreline of NIHI Rote, Nammo Beach Club is the resort’s vibrant social heart. Centered around a sparkling beachfront pool with panoramic sea views, the space blends barefoot leisure with gentle vitality. At the center of the culinary experience is Savu Restaurant. Savu, named for the Savu Sea — the wild stretch of water between Rote, Sumba and Timor — is NIHI Rote’s forthcoming main restaurant, opening onto wide, uninterrupted views of the ocean beyond. A stunning open-air haven at the heart of the resort with an expansive outdoor deck, an open kitchen and relaxed lounge seating, Savu becomes the hub of dining activity. With infinity-pool views drifting toward one of Indonesia’s most remote stretches of ocean and sand beneath your feet, island days slip effortlessly into ocean-lit evenings.
