NIHI Fit is a wellness approach designed to support both physical strength and mental clarity in balance with nature.

Begin the day with complimentary yoga at the resort’s, our open-air pavilion overlooking the ocean. Beyond the pavilion, a modern gym, sauna and ice bath offer space to build strength, recover well, and keep moving throughout your stay.

From dynamic group classes to one-to-one coaching, NIHI Fit offers a variety of ways to move throughout your stay. Build strength in the gym, deepen your practice through private sessions, or wind down with recovery at the sauna and ice bath, each experience designed to help you feel your best, on your own terms.

Overview

Every day brings a different way to move to reconnect with your body and mind. Some classes are designed to get your heart rate up, others invite you to slow down and reset before the next adventure. Explore a rotating schedule of strength training, sculpt, yoga and guided meditation, led by an in-house instructor and tailored to support your wellness journey. Designed for every level, these sessions cultivate confidence, strength, and a deeper sense of ease.

All group sessions can also be arranged as private experiences upon request.
