Located on the southwest coast of Rote, Bo’a Beach is a stunning 1-kilometer stretch of pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters, and NIHI Rote offers you immediate access straight from your villa.

On the east side of the beach, calmer waters form a natural pool, perfect for a tranquil dip or simply soaking in the serene surroundings. At the far west end of the beach, low tide unveils an extraordinary network of rock pools teeming with marine life, creating an enchanting playground for exploration.
