At NIHI Rote & Hospitality Academy, your stay is shaped by both place and purpose. As part of the Stay in the Making rate, this is a chance to be part of NIHI Rote’s early chapter, experiencing the resort as it begins to take shape. While not all facilities may yet be fully in place, your stay plays a meaningful role in supporting a young local team as they bring their training to life.
You will stay in beautifully designed villas overlooking the ocean, with access to world-class surf at Bo’a Barrel, hidden beaches, and exceptional diving across the island. Throughout your stay, you will feel naturally connected to the Hospitality Academy, with moments of interaction through service and the rhythm of daily life.
For those who wish, there is the opportunity to contribute more directly, whether by teaching an English class, sharing a skill, joining a game of volleyball or football with the students, or allowing your children to engage and connect in a natural way.
There is no expectation. Participation is entirely personal.
At its heart, this is a form of modern philanthropy, a chance to support something meaningful while it is still taking shape, and to be part of the spirit of NIHI Rote Island from the very beginning.
- Three daily meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- All non-alcoholic beverages.
- Complimentary round-trip airport transfers in Rote via shared vehicle.
- In-villa minibar with one complimentary restock daily.
- Complimentary Happiest Hour (5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) with free-flow domestic beer and house wine.

- Water activities including stand-up paddleboarding and snorkelling (weather dependent).
- Scheduled group yoga and meditation classes.

- Any cancellation less than 60 days / 30 days will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- 25% refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Remaining balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival for high season bookings; and 30 days prior to arrival for green season bookings.
