NIHI’s Japanese Cooking Class is an experience that invites you to embrace that philosophy in its purest form, by heading out to sea to catch your own fish before stepping into the kitchen.

After your time on the water, you’ll learn how to carefully fillet your catch and transform it into delicate, flavourful sushi under the expert guidance of our world-class Kaboku Restaurant chef. Along the way, you’ll discover the precision, restraint, and reverence that define this culinary tradition, complemented by dishes such as miso soup and sakizuke.
