For first-time or beginner spearfishers, a lesson is mandatory to ensure both safety and confidence in the ocean. Led by expert instructors, this two-three-hour session introduces the fundamentals of freediving, breath control, and equipment handling. Young riders from the nearby traditional villages pit their skills against one another by racing along the pristine white sand. A friendly and competitive race that guests can watch and cheer for.
