Kaboku offers an intimate and refined omakase dining experience in a temperature-controlled indoor setting. This unique sunken restaurant, located adjacent to the Nio Beach Club, presents a thoughtfully curated seven-course journey prepared by our experienced chefs using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
The Menu
Omakase translates to “I’ll leave it up to you”.
Placing your evening in the hands of the chef, who crafts each of the courses as a surprise progression of flavours and technique. An elegant selection of Japanese sake and whisky completes the experience.

Simple quiet mornings at NIHI. Everyday life unfolds along the beach, with horses wandering the shoreline against this incredible landscape. A genuine glimpse of Sumba in a truly magical setting.
The magic of Nihiwatu Beach lies in the local life that unfolds before your eyes.
