A Day on Rote’s Open Waters

Set sail from NIHI Rote onto the island’s open waters for a day of fishing aboard your own private boat. We offer personalized fishing excursions tailored to fulfill each angler’s aspirations.

Our custom-built 36-foot sports fishing boat, Aldeine, is powered by twin 325 HP engines, cruising comfortably at 25–32 knots and accommodates up to eight guests. Whether casting lines in shallow reefs or venturing further offshore in search of deeper waters, each route is shaped around your preference and the day’s ocean conditions.

All provided equipment supports a range of fishing techniques, from light jigging and surface casting with poppers to trolling with lures and baited hooks. Peaceful time spent out on the water is as important as the catch and the calm satisfaction of simply being at sea allows the memorable day to unfold without urgency.

Overview

  • Max. 8 Guests
  • Half day (approx. 4 hrs) or full day (approx. 8hrs) excursions available.
  • All charters require a minimum booking of 24 hours advance notice.
  • From November to mid-March, the tides and conditions add an extra challenge to the adventure. During this period, we typically offer a maximum of 4-hour excursions when conditions allow, ensuring a safe and enjoyable time on the water.

  • Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are provided on all trips. Other arrangements can be made upon request.
  • Lunch will be included for longer excursions, depending on the nature and duration of the trip.
