Based on-site in Rote, this position combines exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient fabric management. The candidate will ensure that all guest garments, staff uniforms, and resort soft furnishings consistently reflect international ultra-luxury standards, optimizing fabric inventory and repair timelines while actively supporting NIHI’s commitment to sustainability and local community development.

Meet Gilberd, a local Rotanese and graduate of the NIHI Rote Hospitality Academy.
When he first joined the academy, Gilberd didn’t speak English. Through his studies, he learned the language and developed the skills and knowledge to build a future in hospitality.
Today, he works as a bartender at NIHI Rote. His journey from student to graduate, and now to a member of the team, is a testament to how much can change with learning, dedication and opportunity.
