Every day brings a different way to move to reconnect with your body and mind. Some classes are designed to get your heart rate up, others invite you to slow down and reset before the next adventure. Explore a rotating schedule of strength training, sculpt, yoga and guided meditation, led by an in-house instructor and tailored to support your wellness journey. Designed for every level, these sessions cultivate confidence, strength, and a deeper sense of ease.

All group sessions can also be arranged as private session upon request at an additional cost.

A full-body circuit designed to build strength, endurance and confidence. Move through multiple rounds of weights, functional equipment and bodyweight exercises, challenging your whole body while improving fitness, coordination and conditioning.
