Meet Gilberd, a local Rotanese and graduate of the NIHI Rote Hospitality Academy.
When he first joined the academy, Gilberd didn’t speak English. Through his studies, he learned the language and developed the skills and knowledge to build a future in hospitality.
Today, he works as a bartender at NIHI Rote. His journey from student to graduate, and now to a member of the team, is a testament to how much can change with learning, dedication and opportunity.
We’re proud to celebrate how far Gilberd has come and all that lies ahead.
