Known for his modern interpretation of traditional Indonesian cuisine, Chef Theo blends authentic regional ingredients with refined techniques to create memorable dining experiences. In collaboration with the NIHI culinary team, he will present a six-course degustation dinner and a farm-to-table garden lunch featuring fresh ingredients from the resort’s organic garden.
