Raja Mandaka is the principal residence within the Mandaka Estate and a crown jewel within NIHI Sumba. It is ideally positioned to capture uninterrupted views along the Sumbanese coastline.
The villa’s master bedroom has its own private decking that overlooks Nihiwatu Beach while the second bedroom faces the villa’s spectacular lap pool and the expansive Indian Ocean horizon. Located behind the two ensuite bedrooms is an outdoor fire-heated bathtub and a waterfall feature.
Interiors include a library and living room for spaces to relax in and expansive outdoor terraces that are designed for gathering and entertaining. A dining deck, daybeds, covered lounge, cold plunge pool, barbecue, pizza oven, and table tennis, makes Raja Mandaka well suited to extended stays or private celebrations.
