Paula Baldomir is a yoga and movement teacher with over seven years’ experience and a Master’s in training, nutrition, and women’s health. She is the creator of TConcept, a holistic method integrating movement, mindfulness, and inner reflection.
TConcept is a 90-minute, workout-led wellness experience combining strength and conditioning, conscious movement, relaxation, meditation, and reflective journaling — designed to strengthen the body while cultivating clarity, balance, and presence.
